Orthokeratology has been performed since its infancy at this practice since 2006 and has been refined and perfected ever since. EyeDream lenses gently reshape the curvature of the ocular surface creating a flatter, more regular corneal surface, correcting mild to moderate myopia and astigmatism in a similar way to conventional laser treatment. On waking, the change in corneal curvature allows clear natural unaided vision , and freedom from spectacles and contact lenses for the entire day. Unlike conventional Laser treatment there is no permanent loss of tissue and when the lens is removed the eye will return to its normal shape within a two week period
